To keep things simple and focused on the art of mail, we offer three ways to join:
One-Month: A single, commitment-free envelope. Perfect for gifting or a personal "test-drive" of the club.
Monthly Membership: Our most flexible subscription. Pay as you go and cancel anytime.
The Full-Year (12 Months): Our best value, ensuring a full year of surprises at our lowest monthly rate.
Note: Annual memberships are paid upfront to secure your spot in the printing queue and lock in your savings.

We ship in intentional monthly batches so everyone in the community can experience "The Toast Post" together.
The Cutoff: Join by the 15th of the month to receive the batch arriving on the 1st of the following month.
The Shipping: We drop all envelopes at the post office around the 25th to ensure they land in your mailbox by the 1st.
For our First Batch: Join by February 1st to receive your first mailing by February 15th.
*Domestic (US): Usually arrives within 3–7 business days.
*International: Can take between 2–4 weeks depending on your local post.

Moving? No problem! Just log into your Account Dashboard and update your shipping details. Please ensure updates are made by the 15th of the month so your next piece of mail finds its way to your new home.

For Monthly Memberships, you can cancel at any time through your account settings. For our 12-month option, because materials are prepared and printed in advance, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-term cancellations. However, you can always transfer the remainder of your annual subscription to a friend—it makes a great gift!

The postal service can be unpredictable. If your mail hasn't arrived by the last day of the month, send us an email at willowhousegoods.co@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and, if it’s lost in the void, we will send a replacement free of charge.
